Thank you for your continued interest in the Magor with Undy Placemaking Plan.  

In 2025 the local community and organisations contributed to the shaping of its placemaking plan.  The plan identified a number of projects to enhance the village’s appearance and infrastructure, and for initiatives to promote the village centre locally and further afield.

A number of priorities were identified in the plan, which included ways to improve key gateways on the B4245 and how these direct people into the village centre.  The other priority was about how to make Magor Square more people friendly whilst still accommodating people who want to pop into the shops by car.

A clear message from last year’s consultation was to ensure any physical changes are cost effective with a need to trial some of the ideas first.  We have listened to this request and developed the proposals with this in mind. We’d therefore like to receive your feedback on these three proposals.
