Your voice matters. By sharing your experiences and views, you can help us understand what’s working well and where we can improve for colleagues across the organisation.

Our 2026 Colleague Survey is your opportunity to tell us what you think about working at Monmouthshire County Council.

Your feedback from previous surveys has resulted in changes across the organisation, and your feedback again this year will help shape our priorities and continue to make the council a positive, inclusive and supportive place to work.

On this page, we've also provided information on what we've done in response to your previous feedback.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and you can choose to remain anonymous. You can complete it online below or request a paper copy by emailing organisationtraining@monmouthshire.gov.uk.

The 2026 Colleague Survey opens on 10 November 2026 and will close on 9 January 2027.
