As we strive to create a thriving and inclusive work environment, your voice is invaluable.
The colleague survey is an essential tool for gathering your insights and experiences. Your feedback will help us identify what we're doing well and where we can improve, ensuring our organisation remains a great place to work.
On this page, you'll find the findings of the 2024 survey and updates on what we've done thanks to your feedback. The results also allowed the Workforce Development team to organise and plan the Colleagues Conferences held earlier this year.
The survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete. You can remain anonymous if you choose. It is available electronically below, or you can request a paper copy by emailing: organisationtraining@monmouthshire.gov.uk
Every response counts and helps shape our future together.
The survey will be open for completion until 19 December 2025
