Caldicot Town Council and Monmouthshire County Council are working together to produce a Placemaking Plan for Caldicot town centre.
Underpinned by a shared vision, the plan will consider the main challenges and opportunities for Caldicot and identify priority projects. In turn this will help direct and prioritise investment from both the public and private sector that will support a thriving and successful town centre.
Earlier this year (June 2026) we heard your views about what’s working well, what could be improved and what changes would make a positive difference to the town centre.
At this second stage of the process, we want to hear your views about the draft vision and the projects which aim to achieve it. Your feedback will help shape plans, as well as direct and prioritise investment from both the public and private sector. Together, we want to support a thriving and successful town centre.
Have your Say
Stage 2 consultation live from Monday 21st September.
This survey and interactive map forms part of Stage 2. In addition, an in-person public event is being held in Caldicot town centre’s pedestrianised area on Tuesday 22nd September from 10am to 6pm.
The consultation runs until Sunday, 11 October 2026.
The feedback from this survey and interactive map, as well as from the in-person public event, will guide the production of the Placemaking Plan.
