We would like to continue the conversation with you about life in Monmouthshire. Let's Talk about what matters to you.

During the autumn of 2024, Monmouthshire County Council conducted a residents survey on everyday life in the county.

Hosted by Data Cymru, the survey was part of their National Residents Survey, designed to support local councils in increasing their understanding of performance and perception.

Residents were asked about their experiences in the local area, their views on the council’s services, and how we, as a council, can improve things. Thanks to the engagement from residents, we received 1,465 responses.

  • In excess of 1,400 residents took part in the 2024 residents survey. The feedback it captured has helped shed more light on how council services are viewed, how easy it is to interact with the council, and how people feel about living in the county.

We'd like to dig deeper and find out more about what matters to you and your community.

Please tell us what issues should we focus on, what small changes could have an immediate positive impact on local communities, what would make a difference to you.

We've tried to keep this form short to encourage as many people as possible to share their thoughts. Every comment and feedback will be read and form part of a closer look at priorities as identified by you.
